Coffees decaffeinated through the Swiss Water Process (chemical free) are different in that the technology does not use any kind of chemical agent to extract caffeine from the beans. The chemical free decaffeination process relies on osmosis and solubility characteristics of coffee beans. This way, we’ve kept for you all the goodness & flavour from the coffee beans, simply without the caffeine! It’s perfect for those moments when you don’t want the caffeine boost, but still want a full flavoured Colombian coffee!
